Lovely well-appointed property in a residential location, short walk from the centre. Immaculately presented and comfortable. Close to everything, had everything needed for our stay. Welcoming treats and plenty of information about the area. Ideal place to stay, quiet area but a 10-minute walk to the city. Spotlessly clean with all facilities needed. Great communication with the owners. Beds were comfy with ensuite in each room. Perfect for sightseeing and meals out. Fantastic place that offered everything we needed. Definitely 10/10.

I recently stayed at a holiday home in York and I must say, it was a great experience. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing all the facilities we needed for our group of friends. We especially loved the fact that each room had its own ensuite, which was a definite positive when eight of us were sharing. The location of the holiday home was perfect, a short walk from the center of York but still in a nice residential area with no noise disturbances. The hosts were very nice upon arrival and even gave me a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. We found everything well-organized with plenty of information about the house, hosts, and the local area, making our stay hassle-free. I had a fantastic time and I would definitely recommend this holiday home to anyone visiting York.
Although there were few gripes, I must mention that a few basic items like salt, pepper, and oil were missing from the kitchen. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have tea towels provided.

I recently had a fantastic weekend stay in a beautiful holiday home. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area just a short stroll from the city centre. The room was lovely, with a stunning Victoria and Albert bath that I thoroughly enjoyed. The property was well-equipped for families, with a cot, high chairs, and toys for the little ones. The house was well laid out and had plenty of space for me and my family. the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a great stay.
One minor downside was the limited parking availability, which meant I had to leave my car on a public road a few streets away.

The location of the holiday home couldn't be better. It's situated in a great quiet area, yet close enough to the city centre for easy access. We loved being able to walk to the nearest pub and explore the surrounding shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with ensuite facilities that were a major plus. the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable lounge area allowed us to relax and spend quality time together.
The instructions for the heating controls were a bit confusing.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was in a quiet area but still within a short walk to all the main attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with everything spotless and well-kept. the communication with the owners was excellent, they were very caring and helpful throughout our stay.
One small downside was the lack of a mirror in the bathroom, which made shaving a bit inconvenient. Apart from that, there was nothing else to dislike about our stay.

I had a really nice stay at this comfortable house. the owners from Holiday Homes In were very helpful, checking in with me before I arrived and being available for any questions. the house was clean and had all the modern facilities I needed. the location was lovely and quiet, with a small park and some great shops nearby. It was just a 15-minute walk into the city centre, and there was some limited free parking nearby. the hosts even left a helpful guidebook with recommendations for pubs and cafes in the area. I loved spending time in the private courtyard. Cons: Can't think of anything 😊.

We had an amazing time staying at this property during our city trip. The houses were spacious, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from shops, restaurants, and attractions. And the ample parking nearby was a pleasant surprise.
While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor issues. The lobby had an unpleasant smell and we had trouble finding a light.

I had a very pleasant family weekend at Holiday Homes In. The property was beautiful and perfectly situated for the city center. The photos on the website didn't do it justice. I particularly loved the stunning Victoria and Albert bath in my room. Traveling with my 9-month-old was made much easier with the provided cot, high chairs, and wooden trains. The accommodation was spotless and the house had 2 bathrooms, which was great for our group of 5 adults. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were great little shops just 3 minutes away from the house. The communication with the hosts was excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation.
